    Outbox in Outlook express in Windows 7 Professional System cannot be opened

    I use Outlook Express in Windows 7 Professional System. I tried to open outbox in it, but facing some error. It is not opening the outbox and facing this issue since one week. I tried to install and uninstall programs, but could not solve the problem. Please, anyone help me in solving the problem.

    STEP 1: Create a Folder to save mails in it which you want.
    STEP 2: Go to Tools >> Options.
    STEP 3: Select Maintenance >> Select Folder.
    STEP 4: This will show the folders and select the folder which you want.
    STEP 5: Press “Ctrl + C”.
    STEP 6: Close Outlook and Click “Start”.
    STEP 7: Go to “Run” and press “Ctrl +V”.
    STEP 8: This is the Location of the Outlook Files. Click the “Ok” Button.
    STEP 9: Now, you can see the Outlook mails, even in the Outbox. Your error is Fixed.

    To open the Outlook Express in windows 7 follow these simple instructions

    1. First off all create a Folder to save mails
    2. Then select the option Tools
    3. then choose the Options
    4. Then select the Maintanance option
    5. Now choose the option Folder
    6. Then select the folder location which you want by pressing Ctrl +C to close the Outlook
    7. Then click on start and select Run
    8. Then paste the location of the Outlook files in the text field and then press enter
    9. Now you can see the Outlook mails even in the Outbox.
    That's it. your problem will be solved now.
