Photo file problems with Lenovo laptop powered by Windows

The photos transferred via Bluetooth from my phone to Lenovo laptop powered by Windows can be seen in the form of thumb nails only. When I tried opening the files, the window just quits. But there are no problems with other photos saved in the system. How can I fix this issue?

    hi there,

Such problems may appear when the photo viewer which you are using does not supports the photo of format/type your phone captures.
I would recommend you to download and install PICASA PHOTO VIEWER in your laptop and you should be able to open your photos hassle freely. It supports nearly all photo formats and also lets you edit them with pretty easily.

    Hello,

There can be a possibility that the photos which you have transferred from your phone are infected with virus.

Hence when you try to open the photo you end up running the virus.

Which eventually causes your system to shut down.

    dear friend,

there are many reasons- one of which may be the reason for the problem.

your photo viewer software may not support the photo format of your phone.

check the extension whether it is .nrw or not.

some photo viewer software doesn't support .nrw files.

your photo may damaged by virus.

so scan your memory card first with a good virus.

because these virus may damage your computer system.

i understand your problem. to check whether it is Bluetooth problem or photo viewer problem or mobile problem perform the below task.

    1. Take a photo in your mobile and check the size of the photo
now send it to your laptop using Bluetooth and check the size of the photo in the laptop.
if they are same..your system doesn't support the format which your mobile is taking it.

    2. transfer the same file using external cable to your laptop and check whether you can view the photo. If it is okay, then there is a problem with Bluetooth.
for this problem you need to contact your mobile servicing center and get repaired.

Hope my answer helped you for some extent, happy to assist you

    >> So you need to scan phone with good anti virus.
