    dear friend.

    first of all try to update your windows media center regularly.

    try to open the pictures using windows photo viewer.

    save it in jpeg format.

    you may try picasa also.

    all the best.

    Hello,

    -->First of all open the application.
    -->Go to the settings
    -->Check for the saved settings.
    -->See the address where the pictures will be stored and saved.
    -->After that open that location to see if the pictures are saved there.
    -->If no try installing a newer version of the application.
    -->Also try changing the saving address for that application it might help.
    -->If none of the above works than re install the application .
    -->It should work the normal way.

    -Regards

    Hello,
    I did not understand how did you manage to edit pictures in Windows media center. It is basically a video recorder and this particular application is mainly meant for music and video. So this does not come in picture editor at all. In fact by a picture editor we mean that these are those sort of applications where, a picture is opened and is changed in different perspectives. You can rotate it or you can change its color combination or you can merge it with other pictures and so on. Did you try to edit your picture that way in media center. Then I am afraid you will not be able to do so. What you need to do is, go to photoshop software and open your picture there. Edit the picture there and then click "Save As". You will see that the edited picture gets stored.

    dear friend,

    Have you tried to edit pictures with the help of windows media center!

    It is very uncommon thing.

    I knew that windows media center doesn't have any photo editing property.

    Means that you can't rotate, crop, resize photos in media center.

    Also you can't give any color effect or red eye reduction.

    Windows media center only has the property to change the photo slideshow & set the slideshow as screensaver.

    You may also rate any picture.

    But you can't actually edit photos using this software.

    You can use paint or windows photo viewer to edit photos.

    But it'll be better if you use Picasa photo viewer software.

    Because it is the most efficient , effective & user friendly software.

    Hope this information will help you a lot.
