Pictures wont resize while setting up as desktop background on Windows 7

When I select any JPEG picture and set as desktop background on my PC running on Windows 7, it wont fill the full screen after resizing. Instead of that, I can view a small part of the image on the center of the screen. How can I fix it?

By the time you get into the desktop, right click on it. On doing so, you can find a menu pop up on the screen. Select ‘Personalize’ from the options listed on that menu. You can then find desktop background link on the bottom left part of the screen. Once you locate it, make a single click on it. Check whether which picture position is already set up on your system. Choose either ‘Fill’ or ‘Fit’ option to make the picture appear in full screen.
