Is it possible to change the file permissions set by default on HP windows laptop?

Some of the file permissions set by default on my HP windows laptop is not convenient for certain instances. I would like to change those permissions to a suitable one. Is it possible to do so?

    Hi,

Are you talking about File Attributes ?

If you are , then you can Right click on the file you need to change attribute of, you will get a menu and at the bottom of that you will find Properties, clicking on that will offer you the chance to select attributes Archieve and Hidden.

Click them and they will behave likely, In case of advance level control, click Advance tab and some more controles over files can be achieved.

Try them if that helps at all.

Hi Dear Friends.. Yes It is Possible to Change the File permissions . Go to the File that you want to change the file permissions . Right click on it and select the last option 'Properties'. There you can find Read Only , Hidden, Archive permissions and other security options too, Select the file permission f your choice and save it. apply the changes to the folder or the file .
