Is it possible to disable password for sleep and enable for hibernate in Windows?

I use sleep mode while I am somewhere around the system and I use hibernate mode when I travel or when I leave my Windows device at home. So I would like to disable password when my system is at sleep mode and enable when it is in hibernate mode. Can anyone tell me how to do that, I have no problem if I want to hack the registry?
