The ‘Microsoft Fix it’ button on the Internet Explorer has first to be selected. After that you need to navigate to the File Download dialog box. Next you can hit on the option labeled ‘Run’ on the box. Then the steps of the wizard that will get displayed have to be followed. You must continue the steps until you see the ‘finish’ option. The rest dialog box for Internet Explorer will now be displayed. You can tap on the option labeled ‘reset’ on the box. Finally the option named ‘close’ should be hit two times.
