Is it possible to run concurrent log on while booting Windows 7 device?

I have Windows 7 on my desktop computer and installed Plex as media server. When I tried to open files in this application, it says “to be logged-in to run it”. Is there any way to run programs by logging in to user account only?

    Hey Friend ,
The problem you are facing is due to the authentication issue.
To solve this problem you have to give proper Rights of the content to the user by these steps:-
    -right click on content
    -go to properties
    -advanced
-give read and write permissions to the users and the programs.

And for the user access control you have to give permission to the user from Plex Media server also.

Then only you will be able to access the content from all the users.

    thnx.
