    Is it possible to send emails on a particular date and time through Microsoft Excel? How to do that?

    Hi friends I am planning to set Microsoft excel to send mails for me at a particular date and time so without failing I can send my important emails which is already preformed in excel in windows 7. Please tell me it is possible and how to do it?

    hi!!!!
    first of all microsoft excel is a spreadsheet software.so to send mail you will actully need microsoft outlook.i am hoping you did this by mistake.anyways outlook provide this wonderful option of delaying your mails and sending them on particular date and time.
    follow these steps:
    step 1: in the message window where you typoe your email click on the options button.message dialog box opens up.

    step 2:in this dialog box click on the "do not deliver before" check box under the delivery options.then you can choose the desired send date and time on which you want your mail to be delivered by using the calendar and time drop down list.

    step 3: click on close and then ok.your mail will be sent on that particular date and time provided you are connected to the internet through outlook...

    Hello Dude!!!

    _Yes it's possible to send Email on Specific Date and Time_

    _Please Try The Following_


    • Tap Options in Message Window,
    • Dialog Box will appear,
    • Change the settings in 'Do Not Deliver before' option,
    • Choose your specific Date and Time For Email,
    • Click ok and Close the Window.

    Friend, you can send mails to particular person at the particular time and at the particular day. This can be done by one of the feature of Microsoft Out look.

    You can set the options in such a way that you can send the mail at the particular day at the particular time. You can manage and set the remainder mails if you forgot to send mails.

    Off course, you can send emails on a particular date and time through Microsoft Excel for doing so you should have Microsoft Outlook.


    To send emails on a particular date and time through Microsoft Outlook, you have to follow some steps:


    Steps:
    1. Go to options (In message window)
    2. Click on do not deliver before
    3. Now Enter the Date and time on which mail is to be sent (This option is available under Delivery Options)
    4. After setting the date and time , Click on Close
    5. Now Click on OK
    6. You have successfully done !!

    dear friend . . .

    You want to send MS-excel into e-mail.
    So it is Very easy and what ever the Microsoft office document are sent as e-mail.

    First those document are going to Microsoft Outlook press.
    Microsoft Outlook press enable to maintain multiple account form online .
    Before sending a mail you need to setup an account on Microsoft Outlook press.

    After Follow these steps.

    1. Go to Options of the particular e-mail you want send after the particular date and time.
    2. Their is one Option is that Check the " Do not delivery before" .
    3. Mention te Particular Date and Time.
    4. And Close it.

    After completion you can haply do your other work because . The mail provider is taken that complete responsibility
