Is it possible to show up text or visual effects on Windows 7 according to the sounds?

I am already aware of the speech recognition feature with Windows 7. But now I need to display either text or visuals on my laptop upgraded to Windows 7 in accordance with my voice. How can I make it possible?

Click the ‘Start’ button on the bottom left part of the desktop and find out ‘Control Panel’ option from the start menu. You can bring up the ‘Control Panel’ window by clicking on this option. After that, click on ‘Ease of Access’ option available on the window. Then, make a single click on ‘Ease of Access Center’ option. You can then find ‘Use text or visual alternatives for sounds’ option. You will get ‘Turn on visual notifications for sounds’ and ‘Turn on text captions for spoken dialog’ items on clicking this option. Select the item you want by clicking the checkbox next to it until a check mark appears inside it. Finally, press the ‘OK’ button to save the current settings.
