Is it possible to take back up of Windows 7 using Wi-Fi?

I am currently using Windows 7 on my system. I am planning to take a complete back up on my system which runs wirelessly on the background. I am not a tech savvy especially on PC. Can anyone suggest a simple way to implement this on my system?

To take backup you dont need a internet connection at all.

What you need is some DVDs where the backed up files will be stored.

    Click START,
    click CONTROL PANEL,
    click SYSTEM AND SECURITY,
    click BACKUP AND RESTORE,
click SET UP FOR BACKUP and just follow the wizard which comes if the option is used for the first time.

Backup will be done on the DVD using the Optical Drive.
    Thats it.
