    Hello friend...

    You recieve the error "your system administrator has disabled the programs and features".

    Then follow the steps given below:

    ->Start the registry editor by typing regedit in run

    ->browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVe rsionPoliciesSystem

    ->If you have an entry for NoDispCPL,double click it to open it

    ->If not create it by going to edit menu and selecting new and then DWORD value

    ->Enter a name of NoDispCPL and press enter

    ->Once you have this entry you should double click it and set to value 0

    Hope this may help you....
