hi my dear friend, to solve this issue.......follow the given

I think there is a problem with the internet explorer and to over come this issue

simply click the start menu and open the control panel

then click on network and internet option

    now click on internet options

then a window will be displayed in that window ...tap on the ADVANCED tab

then click on RESET button at the bottom of the same window and now click apply after click OK

then your problem will be resolved .......and remember if you want to attach more documents .....you need to attach them in a zip folder format only

for that you required a WIN RAR software .....simply download from the internet and install it

then add the docs in to new folder and convert that in to ZIP format ..............now attach it to mails............ALL THE BEST.....!!!!

    Hi,

Probably you need to check some settings inside the browser and the Email client.

I dont know which one Email client you are using so whichever you are using try to change settings.

You can upgrade the Internet Explorer from the current one and also deactivate any parental control if that is turned on.

Also try to upload smaller files as that helps when the connectivity is poor.

    Thanks.
