    hi there,
the solution from your problem is given directly there on MICROSOFT official website.
You can check it out from here.
There it says in order to resolve this problem just do the following:
    Troubleshoot the error code

Here's a list of error codes associated with different sync problems that can occur. Click a number and go to that error code's solution:

After you complete one of the error code solutions, try to sync your phone again.

Then, re-enter your Microsoft account (formerly Windows Live ID). Here's how:
    1. On your phone, go to Start, flick left to the App list, tap Settings
      , and then tap Email+accounts.
    2. Tap Windows Live (which is your Microsoft account) and re-enter your username and password information.
Note Microsoft account is still called Windows Live on your Windows Phone 7.
    3. Tap Done
. The phone will sync with your Microsoft account (or, Windows Live).
    4. Error code What to try
      86000108 Mail server problem
      86000206 Blocking issue
80072EE2 Unavailable service, low battery, or your request timed out
      85010001 Account change issue
    Hope this will help....
