Problem in creating back up on Windows Vista

While I was backing up files in my PC upgraded to Windows Vista on disk drive, the process gets halted in the middle. The system started displaying the error message “access denied error 0X80070005” after that. What could be the reason behind this error?

    Hello !!

since your process get halted because some of the application required by your hardware might not get freed from current usage that is why you get this problem of halt.
( when talking about the condition of halt)

now when you talks about the access denied problem than it might have happened that,
you are trying to make the backup by logging into the standard user account.
therefore you are getting access denied error.
so try to log on to the administrator account and dont run any application while making your backup.
as this application are present in the C:\\ drive and you are going to make your C:\\ drive backup. so don't ever do this.
and than try to make backup.
    it will be successfully done.

hope i am clear to you.
    thanks for posting.
