    Hello.
I believe the provided KB aricles are for .Net Framework and Internet Explorer.

This issue may raise due to the corrupted .Net Frame work installed on this computer. To fix this issue, remove the current installed .Net Framework from you computer.
Click here to run DotNet Framework remove tool.

And click on the below links and run to Reset Windows Update Components on your computer.

Click here to Run First Fix It tool.

Click here to Run Second Fix It tool.

Click here to Run Third Fix It tool.

After running the above Fix It tools, try to install Windows Updates on your computer "Set Automatic Updates on". This will automatically installed the .Net Framework on your computer.

If the issue persists, reply me. I will try my best to help you further.

    Regards
    Vincent Daniel.

    • Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Update.
If an error has occurred, it will be displayed with an error code that you can use to search online for help.

Did you accept the Microsoft Software License Terms? Install the update again and review and accept the license terms.

    • Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Update.
    • Review any error messages.
    • If an error message about license terms or cancelled updates is displayed, click Try again, and then wait until you're prompted to review the license terms.
    • Accept the license terms, and then wait to see if the update is installed successfully.

There might be several issues involved for noninstallation of the updates.

    1. check the internet speed and continuity.
    2. check .net framework if that has an issue, remove it install a new one.
    3. microsoft windows has options to verify certificates for programs to be installed, check that security option if installation of updates are
turned off or the security set to maximum.
    4. the downloade updates can be corrupted in real.
    5. the downloade updates can already be installed,.
    6. the updster can be corrupt, run sfc/scannow from the command propt, with administrative priviledge.

===>If you still have an issue than try next steps..
===>Go to Control panel and than click on Troubleshooting.
===>After clicking you will get Troubleshoot computer problem window.
===>Here you will see the System and Security.
===>Under that click on Fix problem with windows update link.
===>After clicking the windows troubleshooter will open click on Next button.
