    hii
    try disabling user account control

    click start and type msconfig
open the tool tab and highlet disable uac then click launch
    reeboot the command prompt

if you are still facing the problem
    open windows maker
goto tools :> option click reset ,open advanced tab and reset the filters

    Hi,

Firstly you need to remove all media players wheather Windows media player or VLC or Any other media program, properly uninstall them.

Run the computer without them and then download any media player from the net and install.

This clean install should work fine.
    Thanks.
