You are receiving the error code due to not working .NET Framework 4 in your windows XP. So, you should repair it in your system then check the issue again. Follow the procedure:

    > First of all, close all programs
    > Now, navigate to Start button and click on Control Panel
    > Select the option Add Remove Programs
    > Now, go to Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile and click on Change\Remove
    > Now, select repair then click Next
    > Click finish after accomplishing the process
    > Now, restart your system and again log on to Windows
    > Click on Start and then click All Programs
    > Select Windows Updates click 'Check for updates'
    > Now, click Install Windows Updates and check the issue.

    HELLO FRIEND

    Step 1

    a) Click on Start and click on Control panel.

    b) Go to Program and Features.

    c) Scroll down to Microsoft.Net Framework 4 Client Profile, right click it.

    d) It will give you a choice of Uninstall/Change, click it.

    e) Then, it will give a choice to Repair it, pick Repair it. It will take about 4-10 minutes to repair and may vary.

    f) When completed, go to your update center, and update it again.

    Step 2

If the above steps do not help, access the link below and follow the steps in the article and try to uninstall all the versions of the
    .NET Framework on the computer,
and then reinstall all the versions of the .NET Framework on the computer.

    Hello,

A non functional DOTNET Framework is causing Windows XP to display the message.

Do the following to solve the issue.

Start > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > go to Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile and click on Change\Remove > repair > Next > finish ,

    Rrestart Windows

Start > All Programs > Windows Updates > Check for updates > Install Windows Updates.

    try that.
