You have to check system device manager to resolve the issue. You must know that mscank is a system files. Follow the procedure to open device manager:

    > Click on Start button and navigate to Control panel
    > Go to System and Security and then system
    > Select Device Manager (Type password if required)

After completing the above process, check which devices having yellow exclamation mark. If any having this mark right click on it and click on uninstall. Do the same process for others.
Restart your system, and check the issue. Your issue will get resolved now.

    Hi.
Mscank is a system driver file which may be associated with any hardware device.
Open device manager to check which hardware device is not functioning properly on the computer and uninstall it.
a>Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button.
b>Click Control Panel, click System and Security, and then, under System, click Device Manager. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
c>Now check if any device has any yellow exclamation mark on it.

Once you find any device with any mark, right click on that device and later click on Uninstalloption and restart the computer and check if it works.

If you are unable to find any device with any marks then check by enabling hidden devices.
a>In the device manager click on View and later click on show hidden devices and check if you find any device with exclamation mark and uninstall it

    Thank you.
