    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say...............

1.Firstly check your power and cable connection of your webcam.

2.If that is not your problem check that your webcam is working or not.

3.You can check it by connecting it to the another system.

4.If it works with the another system the problem is with your webcam drivers ion your system.

5.So you try to update them to fix your problem.

I hope by doing as i said you can solve your problem.

    Have a nice day.............
