In order to resolve this error, you have to uninstall Service Pack 1 from your system through DISM command. Follow the procedure:

    > Click on Start button and open Search box
    > Type cmd in Search box and ok
    > Run the cmd.exe as an admin by right clicking on it
    > Now, type command and press enter
    dism.exe /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB976932~31bf3856ad364e35~ x86~~6.1.1.17514
    > After completing process, Type Exit
    > Press Enter and restart your system

First Make sure that the Time and date settings in BIOS as well as on Windows are same and correct.

Secondly Use Microsoft Fixit to Automatically Fix this issue m providing you the link just download it and your problem will be resolved.
