If you are experiencing this issue while playing games then it must be occurring due to the PC calls feature of windows 7 and can be disabled by following steps:
    > First of all, navigate to start button and go to Control Panel
    > Open Sound applet from Control Panel or, run command mmsys.cpl in search box
    > Navigate to Communications tab and check 'Do nothing' option
    > Click on Apply

Another method is, uninstall realtek manager from your system and check the issue, it should be resolved now.
