    The procedure to check the connection to the Windows Messenger service in HP desktop

    I would like to know how to check the status of connection to the Windows Messenger service in HP desktop. What is the procedure to check it?

    Perform the steps below to check the connection to the Windows Messenger service in HP desktop
    • Open Windows Live Messenger from start screen
    • Then you need to sign in with Windows Live ID
    • Tap on ‘options’ and on ‘more options’
    • Click then on ‘connection’ and on ‘Advanced Settings’
    • Tap the ‘test’ in HTTP section
    • The Connection Tester will let you know about the connection status
    • Finally tap on the option ‘OK’
