Locate ‘My Computer’ icon on the desktop and right click on it until a menu pop up on the screen. Choose ‘Properties’ from that menu and press the ‘Advanced’ tab visible on the screen. Click the ‘Settings’ button available under ‘Performance’ label and clear off the check box next to all options listed on the screen. Press the ‘OK’ button afterwards and right click on an empty space in desktop to select ‘Properties’ option. Make a single click on ‘Desktop’ button and press the ‘Customize Desktop’ button. You need to press the ‘Web’ tab after that and make certain that the check box near ‘Lock desktop items’ is already unchecked. Get back to the ‘Performance’ label under ‘Advanced’ tab and select check box next to all options available on the screen after clicking the ‘Settings’ button.
