Scroll through the start menu after pressing the ‘Start’ button and select ‘Control Panel’ option. Choose the ‘Programs’ icon visible on the control panel window. After that, click the “Turn Windows Features On or Off” link visible on the screen. Press the plus sign pop up on the screen afterwards for expanding the Internet Information Services files. Take a look at these files and click on the check box next to the file you want to add. Once you finish adding the files, press the ‘OK’ button. Wait until the installing process gets finished on your system and then check whether you can use the web services with IIS.
