    Receiving an Error code '0x800CCC19' in Windows XP

    Hi, whenever i am trying to sending any emails via Outlook Express then getting an error code as mentioned above. I tried many times to resolve this issue but still having the same issue. Can anyone resolve this matter as soon as possible!!

    Hello !!

    it seems that your outlook is not proerly configured .
    the error 0x800CCC19 which you mentione is seems to be connection error.
    that is either your outlook is not able to connect to the server' or it in not connected to the internet.

    so,please do check the network setting of your outlook account and SMTP settings too.
    alo do check your main internet conection.

    Please do the following Steps to fix Error Code 0x800ccc19 in Outlook




    Step:1


    1. Click the Start Menu >> Click Outlook Express

    2. On the Tools menu, click Accounts

    3. Click the Mail tab

    4. Click your POP3 account, and then click Properties

    5. Click the Advanced tab

    6. Gradually increase the server time-out setting until the problem is resolved


    Step:2
    1. Click Start Menu >> Click Run

    2. Type control panel in the Open box and then press ENTER

    3. If you are in Classic View, double-click Mail. The Mail Setup dialog box opens

    4. Double-click Mail

    5. The Mail Setup dialog box opens

    6. If you are in Category View, under Control Panel, click Switch to Classic View, and then double-click Mail.

    7. The Mail Setup dialog box opens.

    8. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click Show Profiles.

    9. On the General tab, under When starting Microsoft Office Outlook, use this profile,

    10. click Prompt for a profile to be used

    11. Click Add.

    12. In the Profile Name box, type the name that you want to use for the new e-mail profile

    13. Click OK

    14. In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, click Add a new e-mail account

    15. Click Next

    16. Click the appropriate server type for your new e-mail account,

    17. Click Next

    18. Type your account information in the required boxes

    19. Click Next

    20. Click Finish, and then click OK

    Step:3


    1. If you are using a LAN connection

    2. To turn off the Proxy Client

    3. Click the Start Menu >> Click Control Panel

    4. Double-click WSP Client.

    5. Click to clear the Enable Winsock Proxy check box, click OK, and then connect to the Internet.

    6. To turn on the Proxy Client

    7. Click the Start Menu >> Click Control Panel

    8. Double-click WSP Client

    9. Click to select the Enable Winsock Proxy check box, click OK, and then connect to the LAN
