to reset your password follow this steps
1. goto start and click control panel
2. then user accounts and after that
3. select remove/change your password and then
4. clear your old password and reenter the new password or leave blank space if you don't want password option.

• Click the User Accounts and choose the Change an account

• Open the pick an account to change window, click the your account.

• Click the Change my password.

• Open the new window, here Type your current password in the “Type your current password” text box.

• Type your new password in the “Type a new password” text box

  Re type the your new password in the “Type the new password again to confirm” text box.

• Click the “Change Password” button.

If you need to change the windows password

1.Go to Start-->Control Panel

2.Go to User Accounts and Family Safety

3.After that go to User Accounts

4.Now you can see a option "Change your password"..Click on that

5.Enter your Old password and enter the new password that you like and enter the new password once again

6.Type the "Password Hint" which will shows when you forgot the password when you logging in

7.Then Click "Change Password"
