To resolve this error, you should reset File System Resource Manager in your PC. For that, you should first perform the following steps one by one.
    • Go to Start button
    • Click on All Programs
    • Then choose the option Accessories
    • Right-click on Command Prompt
    • Select Run as administrator option
You can then view Command Prompt window on your screen. You should type the line, fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\ on it. You should replace C: \ with the letter of the drive on which the Windows Vista is installed. After that, you should press the Enter key to finish resetting File System Resource Manager. You should then restart your PC immediately. Then, you should try to install the failed updates on your PC.

    Hello,

    1) Start your computer and log on as an administrator.

    2) Click the Start button then select All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then click System Restore.

    3) In the new window, select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" option and then click Next.

    4) Select the most recent system restore point from the "On this list, click a restore point" list, and then click Next.

    5) Click Next on the confirmation window.

    6) Restarts the computer when the restoration is finished.

    Hi,
This may be a memory runtime error. Just check if the uogradation file is working properly in other machines or not. If they are working fine on other machines then your machine is having a memory management error. Just check your hard drive and see how much memory you still have left and if that much is enough or not to upgrade the software. If not then clear it by deleting unwanted files.
If your upgradation file is not working in other machine environments too, then the problem lies with that file only. Download it from the well known website which has TRUST signal sealed on it.
