You can solve the problem, It is somewhat related to registry. It is simple and small problem. You need to change the Menu Show Delay Setting. Go to RegEdit. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop and find MenuShowDelay value. It has some value. By changing it, you can increase or decrease the menu response time. It is set to 400 by default. If you want to increase the menu response, you should reduce the value to 100 or 200 based on your interest. It is the way to solve the problem. If you are done with changing the value, restart the System, Your problem is solved.

hi dear friend..............to fix this issue

This error will be solved by adjusting the Register settings

but there may be some problems arises in the Future,

so, instead of ......register settings go for the Restore process

click start menu and choose ALL PROGRAMS

and then point the ACCESSORIES from the menu

    and now choose SYSTEM TOOLS

and after click on RECOVERY option from the popup

then click next and select restore pc to previous state

and click NEXT ......and the process will begins..........

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say.......

1.Firstly go to the start menu.

2.Then you make a click on 'Run'.

    3.There you type 'RegEdit'.

4.Now a new window will open.

5.There you go to the 'HIKEY_CURRENT_USER'.

6.Then you go to the option 'Control Panel' and then 'Desktop'.

7.There at the right side you can see many files displayed.

8.Among them select the file 'MenuShowDelay'.

9.By making a right click on it click on 'Modify'.

10.There the value will be nearly 400.

11.If you want to increase the speed decrease the value.

I hope it will help you.

    Have a nice day.......
