    • First of all Click Start, and then choose My Pictures.
    • Double click on the photo you need to rotate. By doing so, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer will be opened.
    • You can see ‘Rotate Clockwise’ or ‘Rotate Counterclockwise’ options at the bottom screen. You can choose the desired one and keep on clicking until you reach the desired angle.
Then click ‘save’ so that the picture at the selected angle is saved.

Its a very easy job to do so either you are using Windows photo viewer or Picasa , rotated file can be saved also thereafter modification in angle.

If you just want to rotate it by 90 or 180 degree and save it , it can be done using Window photo viewer :

When you open photo , you can see these button at the bottom

Or if you are viewing using Picasa, you will have advantage that , you can even rotate it by 10,15 or 70 etc degrees .
First open the photo in picasa , right click to edit , then from the left pane , select the option to rotate photo ,
then you can rotate it using the ruler .

    And then open it.

Once you open it, just below the picture you can find two options in circle shape.

One will be to rotate in clockwise direction.

Another will be to rotate in anti clock wise direction.

These options will be used for rotating purpose.
