Samsung Omnia i900 Windows 6.1 phone can’t establish network connection with Windows Vista PC

It is possible to find my Samsung Omnia i900 Windows 6.1 phone after connecting it with my PC running on Windows Vista. But, it keep giving me the error message “Windows Mobile-based USB device is plugged in but is unable to make a network connection to the desktop” on the screen. What should I do to fix up this issue?

Once you unlock the phone, locate ‘Settings’ icon from the home screen. Once you find that icon, swipe on it. You can then view overall settings of your Samsung phone in the form of list. Go through that list and find out ‘Connections’ option. Tap on that option by the moment you locate it. The next step required is to hit the ‘USB to PC’ option available on the screen. Then, you can view ‘Enable advanced data functionality’ option. Uncheck the check box next to that option by swiping on it.
