    Hi,

Your query is very unclear, screen turns blue, then what? Are you able to see the movie somehow or the blue screen is the end, Is the system dead now after the blue screen?

Anyway log into Windows in SAFE MODE by pressing F8 during booting.

Log out, and do this for three times.

Start any movie and watch, if the blue screen comes back, take some corrective measures.

Install fresh Device Drivers for Display.

The blue screen is showing possibly due to a hardware failure, Specifically a Display card failure.

    Talk to your service center.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

The only solution is to reinstall a fresh setup of windows to your computer.. this problem mostly found in windows XP.. so install a fresh copy of windows will solve your problem.. If you are using Windows XP then i recommend you to upgrade to 7.. its easy to use and less legging then XP. but make sure you have minimum requirements to install Windows 7 to your computer.
