    Hi,

    1. Open control panel <
open mouse < select click pad setting< click the click paid setting button.

    2. A new window is appear tick in the
box to scrolling < click on actual word scrolling.

    3. You see a cog appear in the right.

4 .Click the cog to open another page of setting and enter a tick in the box against vertical scrolling then press apply then ok.

    5. If the problem is not solved then you
update your driver or reinstall your original driver.

    GooD Day......

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for our problem just do as i say.................................

1.This can b the problem of the driver.

2.Though you re-installed those drivers they may be corrupted.

3.So you go to the Device Manager and then update mouse drivers.

4.If still you have the problem then this can be the problem of the hardware.

5.So try to get it repaired to fix this problem.

    Have a nice day.............................
