Setting the edited song as ringtone in Windows phone 7?

I am using Windows phone 7 which works well. Most of the time I tried to set the edited song as my ringtone unfortunately I cannot do so. I feel bored by using the Windows 7 ringtones. My friend knows how to set the song as ringtone but I do not want to know by him. I want to know with my own risk. I want to know the entire process to set the song as ringtone. I am sure that this will be a simple step process. Kindly reply for my thread as soon as possible you can because of this I feel to hate Windows 7 phone.

Yes,it is a very simple process to set the song as ringtone. To set the song as ringtone,The song should not exceed more than 40 seconds and the size of the song must be less than 1 MB. Now select the song that you want to make as ringtone. save the song with the extension of .MP3 or with .WMA. Then the song should be present in ringtone Genre. Put the song in the Zune music folder which will be in My Documents. Now move it to your phone and look into Settings and go into Ringtones on it. Here where you will see the song in the list of ringtones. Select the song and that is all you are done.
