Setting Windows 7 to refresh automatically in Asus notebook?

Is there any option to set Windows 7 to refresh automatically at a specified time in Asus notebook? Can you clarify?

No there is no option to refresh window automatically but have 2 shortcuts to do this task.
    1. After refreshing once you can press F5 to refresh the windows 7.
    2. Press the windows button and D together to refresh the windows and it is also a short cut for minimizing all windows of your explorer.

    Hi there,
In order to automatically refresh your system just follow these steps:
Click on Start at the lower left
Type the word regedit in the search box and hit enter
Right click HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and click Find
Type dontrefresh in the search box and then hit enter
You will see DontRefresh, right click it to Modify the settings, set it to 0
Boot your computer. It should be set properly.
Be sure to make a system restore point first, to restore registry if necessary.
    That`s it...
    Hope this will help...
