SFC scan detected corrupted file but not able to fix in Windows 7

My laptop has windows 7 OS.Earlier i was using windows vista. I was facing some issues so ran sfc /scannow which resulted the following error:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
Then i checked the "CBS.log" file where i found the following error:
2010-01-13 13:14:13, Info CSI 000001aa [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:22{11}]"autochk.exe" of Microsoft-Windows-Autochk, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch
Now i am not able to find any way to fix it.I have also noticed a "cannot repair" entry.Do you know, what to do?

First of all,you should find the file which is creating an issue and cannot be repaired. To do the same, open an elevated command prompt and type "findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair member file" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt". After that, type t"edit sfcdetails.txt" command and hit enter. For fixing this issue, open command prompt again and type "takeown /f Path_And_File_Name". Replace Path_And_File_Name with your file name and path such as "icacls E:\windows\system32\jscript.dll /grant administrators:F".Finally, type the command "Copy Path_And_File_Name_Of_Source_File Path_And_File_Name_Of_Destination" . An example of the same is "copy E:\temp\jscript.dll E:\windows\system32\jscript.dll".

In order to fix the unsuccessfull effort by the sfc, which is very logical as not all errors can be fixed due to the proximity of the corruption, there is one simple way of solving the issue.

    Repair The Windows7 Installation.

Insert the DVD containing the windows installer software in optical drive and boot from it.

    Select Repair the windows option,

Interactive session will ask you answer them and windows will self heal itself by repairing corrupt system files, installing missing or corrupt drivers and once finished, will prompt you to remove the disk.

    Boot normally.
