Softwares are not running properly on Windows 7

I installed Windows 7 on my PC. I also installed some of the softwares in it. Few days later I came to know that the softwares are not working on my PC. The software that I installed are 64-bit versions. However the 32-bit version softwares works fine on my system. While those 64-bit softwares gets crashed and shows an error ‘this application was unable to start correctly(0xc000007b)’. I do not know what to do for this. Photoshop application is also not working which comes under 64-bit and I can’t use the application for editing photos. Please help me out by giving the solution as you can.

Re: Softwares are not running properly on Windows 7

First you need to check whether you have 32-bit installed operating system or 64-bit installed operating system. The problem clearly shows that you are using a 32-bit operating system. You can’t access any 64-bit softwares on 32-bit OS. For this, you need to install 64-bit Operating system where you can install both 32-bit and 64-bit softwares. To check the status of your OS, Press keyboard shortcut Windows Key + Pause. THis will bring you a system properties dialog box. Here where you can see the status of the OS. If you found it as 32-bit then replace that with 64-bit operating system and do install all the needed apps that you want.
