    Solution for the error “missing stdole32.tlb” file

    I am using Windows 7 in my System. When I was running some Program, I got an Error “missing stdole32.tlb” file. What does it mean? Is it serious. Please, anyone help me in saying what is it and how to Solve the Problem.

    1 Start Registry Editor by clicking the Start button, typing regedit in the Search box, and pressing Enter.
    2 Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder ==> "Software" folder ==> "Microsoft" folder==> "Windows" folder ==> "Currentversion" folder.
    3 Click on the Run folder ==> Click on the stdole32.tlb file.
    4 Delete the file by pressing Delete stdole32.tlb key
    5 Reinstall the file on your PC
    6 If the file is very necessary on your computer system, you should replace the file with a new one on the original location, and please remember the new file should be compatible with your computer system and locate on the default location, otherwise the problem would not be fixed.

    Its a common error associated with a missing file or a damaged program

    stdole32.tlb error can be fixed either by re-installing the associated program and then reboot your computer.

    You can also simply copy the same stdole32.tlb file from another same operating system
