    Hi,

This partial allowance of websites are the offshoot of settings error which often happens while surfing the net.

Firstly apply some changes in the internet setting by Going to "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Advance" > "Reset" which will allow you to initilize the settings to the early settings when it used to run hindrence free.

Also if you use antivirus and firewall which allows and disallows user from surfing to some sites you need to set them to a more lineant setting so that they allow you to surf and open sites.

    Thanks.
