Startup Repair screen is not going in windows 7 64 bit edition

When i boot into my laptop which has windows 7 64 edition, it shows the startUp repair screen but it is not going. Only issue, i have noticed with it is an error message which says that "System Volume disk is corrupt". However this message was an one time error message.I haven't received this message again. Is there anything, i can do to fix this issue?

It seems that there is some issue related to performance while booting.Try to open your computer in safe mode and then run "chkdsk /f /r" from the command prompt. You should note that chkdsk will delete all data present on the bad sector of your hard disk during the repair process. If this method fails then you will have to perform "Factory Reset" operation. To do the same, Press and Hold ALT+F10 key on your keyboard. If you can see the Acer Logo on your screen then you are doing everything right. If you are facing any issue then visit-http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2631/p/2071%2C2813%2C3154 to see the video tutorial.
