Press the ‘Start’ button visible on the desktop and choose ‘Run’ from the start menu. Enter appwiz.cpl into the available field and press the ‘OK’ button. You can then find ‘Show updates’ label along with a checkbox. Click on that checkbox until a tick mark appears on it. Once you can view the ‘Currently installed programs’ list, locate ‘Windows PowerShell(TM) 1.0’ item from it. Click on that item and press the ‘Remove’ button. After that, follow the instructions shown on the screen and wait until ‘Windows PowerShell(TM) 1.0’ gets uninstalled from it.
