System files missing on HP notebook with Windows OS after a reboot

My HP notebook with Windows OS is facing certain issues with the video settings. The ‘help’ icon asks me to reboot the system at a stage of resolution method. But after that some important system files are missing from my notebook. How can I overcome this situation?

    Dear Friend,
If system files are missing then you should Re-install operating system.
    >Then install graphics card and set Resolution which is Recommended in your pc.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say..........

1.Firstly make your system turn on.

2.Then you insert the Windows XP CD.

3.Then press the 'power' button to turn off your computer.

4.Now again press 'Power' to make it turn on.

5.Then press 'Enter' key while starting.

6.There you press 'R' to repair.

7.Then go to 'C:\>FIXMBR' and press 'Enter'.

8.Then press 'Y' to recover your notebook.

9.After the MBR is written make your system to restart.

If it don't work try to re-install by formatting your present OS.
So that you can fix your problem.

    Have a nice day............
