System gets slow down after booting up

Whenever I start my PC and start to work it gets slows dow . I have installed few programmatic softwares like SQL server etc. Internet explorer and other programs are opening very slowly. I scanned the PC for viruses with latest antivirus software but there is no virus in the results. I don’t know whats making the system slow down. What should I do to make the PC speed up ?

    1. This is simple. If you have installed many programs in the PC wither the RAM may not be sufficient enough to handle bulk program processing. In this case , increase the RAM size to get speeder performance.
    2. Other way is stop the unwanted programs running at the background. Certain programs get started at boot up as per the settings. So check what are all the programs that is running as soon as the PC is started in the Task Manager.
2.1 Goto command prompt → Type services.msc → In the services window choose the
corresponding programs that needs to be stopped at system startup.
2.2 Double click the program → In general tab → select the startup type as Manual → click
Apply & Ok to save the settings
2.3 Restart the system for the settings to take effect

    Friend,
The main problem you might be facing can be due to too many softwares installed so they might be using maximum of RAM.
    Check your C drive.
    It must be not full.
If so they uninstall some programes which are not in use.
If your RAMsize is small then you can additionally add a 1 gb Ram in order to increase the performance.

Re: System gets slow down after booting up

    Hi,

The reason behind this is that the Main Memory i.e the RAM is not enough to run many processes at a fast speed.
The OS requires main memory in order to run a number of processes simultaneously at a good speed.
To decrease the execution time of the processes, you need to increase RAM of your system.

I'm sure, once you do so,it will work fast!

    Best of Luck!
