Issue seems related to software conflicts and you should apply "clean boot" operation for your system. You can follow the procedure to resolve the issue:

    > Log on your PC with admin account
    > Click on start and open Start Search box
    > Type msconfig.exe and hit enter to
Now, System Configuration utility will be started
    > Type password if required for further process and click on continue
    > Select Selective Startup under General tab and click check box to clear the Load startup items
    > Now, navigate to Services tab and click on checkbox Hide all Microsoft services
    > Click on Disable all
    > Click on Ok, and restart your system. Your issue will be resolved now..

    Hi,

The sudden "hang" of the system can be due to different reasons, heres one solution for that.

    Log in with administrative password.

Click "Start" in the Search box type "msconfig.exe" to start System Configuration utility ,Press "Enter", click continue , Select "Selective Startup" under General tab and deselect check box to deactivate Load startup items.

Move towards "Services" and click on checkbox "Hide all Microsoft services" and "Disable all", "Ok",

    Restart ,

    Thanks.
