Task list is not shown in the Start Menu for programs in Windows 7

When I move my mouse over the programs in the Start Menu, it is not showing any Task list. I need to get the task list for each program in the Start Menu. I will be much thankful, if anyone helps me in solving the problem.

    Solution:
STEP 1: Right – Click on the Taskbar and Select “properties”.
STEP 2: “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” dialog box opens.
STEP 3: Tap on the “Start Menu” Tab.
STEP 4: Click on the “Customize”.
STEP 5: Check the option “Open submenus when I pause on them with the mouse pointer”.
STEP 6: Click on the “Ok”.
STEP 7: Now, you can see the Task list in the Start Menu.
STEP 8: Restart the System (Optional), your problem is solved.
