Task Manager Missing in Windows Vista

I cannot open the task manager file in my system. I have recently upgraded its OS to Windows Vista from XP. Whenever I try to open the file, I get a message the file is missing. How can I open this file?

If you are facing some problem with the code ctrl+alt+delete... and the screen of windows option has not been shown..
    Just follow thw another code...
    1)Just click the code:
ctrl+shift+esc you will be shown task manager...
2)You may get it by another way...
Just right click on windows taskbar>Start Task manager
