It sounds like you may have accidentally enabled Internet Explorer's kiosk mode.
Press the F11 key inside of internet explorer, and see if that fixes the problem.

if it doesn't work try Method below :-

1.Close all open Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows.
    2. Open Register Editor.
    3. For Windows Vista and Windows 7, Click Start, type regedit in Search programs and files box, and then click regedit.exe in Programs.
    4. Form Windows XP, Click Start, and then click Run , and then In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
    5. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
    6. Use one or both of the following steps, as appropriate for your situation:
    7. For Windows Explorer: In the details pane, locate the Explorer subkey, and then open it. In the details pane, locate the ITBarLayout value. Right-click this value, and then click Delete.
    8. For Internet Explorer: In the details pane, locate the WebBrowser subkey, and then open it. In the details pane, locate the ITBarLayout value. Right-click this value, and then click Delete.
    9. On the File menu, click Exit to exit Registry Editor.
