    Hi,
To restrict access, you can block the hardware ports.

    Right Click on My Computer,
    Cilck on device Manager,
    Click on USB controllers,
Select any of the controllers, and disable it.
To use it again, you can enable it .

    Thank You.

    Hiiiiiiii
Yes you can restrict access to usb ports by disabling it or by keeping password
Download and Install Usb disk Security.USB Disk Security is the best software to block threats that can damage your PC or compromise your personal information via USB storage.
you can download the software from below site

    hi dear friend...............

click the start menua and open the RUN
    '
And type in the run as devmgmt.msc and press ENTER key

    or

click start menu and right click on Mycomputer and choose properties

then choose HARDWARE tab and click on DEVICE manager option

after that choose the Universal serial bus controllers and expand it

under the option right click on the Standard Enhanced PCI to USB HOST controller

and click Disable option from the popup

after that your front ports will be disabled...

like that manage your ports ........depending on your choice .............all the best
