Tiles became inactive in my Windows 8 System

I got Windows 8 in my System. When I logged in to my account, I found that all the tiles became inactive on my Metro UI. I could sort out the problem. Please, can anyone do me a favor? Please, help me. Thank you.

    Hello friend...

Run a system file checker scan and check if that helps.Follow the following steps to run sfc scan.

->move the mouse pointer to the bottom left of the screen where you see preview of start menu and Right click to bring up a list of windows settings.

->click on command prompt to bring up elevated command prompt: (click yes if it prompts for permission)

->In the command prompt type the following command
    ‘sfc /scannow’

    Hope this may help you...
