You can solve the problem by renaming third party Windows XPs themes. Rename the theme msstyles to “luna.msstyles”. For example, if you have “VistaVG” theme, rename it to “VistaVG.msstyles” and to “luna.msstyles”. You can get the “msstyles” in “Windows\Resources\Themes\custom_theme_name\”. You can either open “%windir%\wb.ini”. Add MakeOfficeBlue=1 in [global] Section. You can change the value to ‘1’, ‘2’ or ‘3’, to change the color to Green or Silver or another color. This is the simple way to solve the problem.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say............

    1.Firstly go to the desktop.

2.Then you make a right click on the desktop.

3.Then you click on the option 'properties'.

4.Then a new dialog box will appear.

5.There you go to the 'Appearance' tab.

6.There you can see the option 'Color Scheme'.

7.There you select the 'Default Blue'.

8.And you also select the option 'Windows XP Style' near 'Windows and buttons'.

9.At last click 'Apply' and then click 'OK'.

I hope it will help to solve your problem.

    Have a nice day............
